Division//Animation

LI:To teach the people how to understand division.
This week for maths I was learning about division so our task was to make a animation about division. So I first started by getting a equation then I started writing about my animation. After that I started doing my first equation and the was to split the number twenty four into threes. After explaining how to do that equation I did another on and that was to split twenty four into fours. I used shapes to explain what I was talking about and also added lines to split them up.

Multi/Dividing

LI: To Learn our timetables and division.

This week I was doing Division and Multiplication so I first wrote my division first then my multiplication. So I did my twelve time tables and my division.  It was awesome because I got to learn more basic facts. 

The Divider

LI: split division problems into parts using known multiplication and division facts.

Today For Maths we had to answer the problems on Divider and then we had to answer the questions our teacher told us to answer on our blog.

How did you use the divider to solve the problem? I used the slider to see the largest division that I know the answer to.

What numbers did you use and why did you use these numbers? I never used numbers.

How did you record your thinking? I recorded my thinking my using my brain.

LI: to learn maths vocabulary related to mathematical operations

Today for maths we had to make videos of our self explaining what adding, subtract, Multiply and Divide means. So Adding is when you put a number and a other number together and it will make a higher number then both of the numbers, Subtract is when you take away a number from a other number, Multiply is when you count the same number over and over again and lastly divide is when you have a object and you want to share it with some people evenly.
