Kiwi Can//Reflection

This week for kiwi can our topic was integrity and our theme was responsibility. So first up we got into five lines then we started talking about what we do at school that is responsibility. Then we got to play a game and in the game we had a partner and there was a cone in the middle of us and our kiwi can teachers say to touch your heads,knees and toes then you could try and grab the cone before your partner. It was fun because we got to work on our body movement. Then we started talking about our topic and theme it felt good to know that I was showing responsibility at school. Then we played another game which was more fun cause we had to try and focus on the ball and jumping over the skipping rope at the same time who ever missed catching the ball went into the middle and had to swing the rope around but carefully cause it might cause injuries. I had fun at kiwi can.

This term's topic at Kiwi Can is Integrity. The definition of Integrity is to be responsible even though no ones looking. I learned at kiwi can to own up to the right things and also tell the truth our it would cause more problems. I understood more as I was at Kiwi Can about Integrity and Honesty.  We also got to play a Role play game. We each had to get into groups and also each group got a object. My group had a wallet we never knew the object the other groups had but our group got a Idea to show honesty. Our Role play was about showing honesty about who's wallet it is and give it to the rightful owner. One of the groups had a ball as there object because they had to represent owning up to the right thing. I felt great that I was learning more about Integrity and Honesty.

This week for Kiwi can we learned about positive conversation it was also our last week with this topic and then we have a new one next week so we first started by getting welcomed into there class then we started to play a game so in this game we had get into teams but we got into five teams cause there was to much people so in the game one person from each team stands up and walks into the middle and holds a hula hop then once they start we had to pull the hula hop and try to touch our cones the team with the most score wins. Then we started talking about what we should say to people that is positive not mean or anything. Then we started talking about positive conversations. Then after that we played our last game of the day and we had to get into two teams and one team is attacking and one is defending to decide that we played rock paper scissors then after that the attacking team has to throw or kick the ball and if the defenses team catches it your out but if they front then they have to hit you with the ball if you make it to the end and your other teammate kicks the ball then you can run back.

Today we had Kiwi Can and it was our last week so we first started by walking to Kiwi can then once we were there they put us in the class in four lines but we had a special guest and she was a leader and she was just taken over someones job because that person was not here. So we first started by going over the things we had done in. So we first talked about the theme we were doing and it was respect. Then we did our catch phrases for each three topics we did. After that we had to do it by our selves. Then we got into a a circle and said the games we wanted to play and what we liked about kiwi can Then we got into playing games we played invisible touch it was hard because people had great ideas then we played octopus that was also hard because you would be in quickly. Then we played ten second tag and one person had to run and tag someone in ten seconds if you don't your out. Then we went back to class and played GKQ in the game people would answer questions there teacher would ask them and who ever is the last master wins.

This week we had kiwi can our new topic was Respect for the Environment. So we played our first game and it was called Snake so in the game there would be one person on the floor crawling around to tag people once he tags someone that person joins him. So my tactic was to get on top of a table but I thought it was to dangerous so I did a diffident tactic and that was to cover the bin in front of you that tactic worked for me but then some person from our class grabbed the bin off me and used it for himself then someone tagged me and I lost. Second round did the same tactic but the snake grabbed the pulled the bin off me and tagged me with his feet.  Then we sat on the floor in four lines and listened to our teachers so they first asked us what do you do to respect your environment. Then we played our last game and in the game there would be teams they had to name them self a name then the teacher would call your team then you would vs a other team then the teacher will give you a letter out of X or O then once the teacher said go you had to rush and sit on a seat the team the has three rows wins. Then we played G,K,Q in the game there would be a master and he had to go around the circle and beat people at answering questions.

LI:To learn how to respect our community. 

This week for kiwi can our topic was respect for our community. We first started by getting into four lines then we played our game it was called handball in the game your class had to stand in a circle with your legs open and you have to try and block the ball from going threw your legs. If you hit the ball into someone else legs there eliminated. After that we got back into our four lines and started to talk about respect for our community. Our teacher asked us questions like how would you show respect to your community. Then after that we played another game named hand soccer. In the game there would be two teams then you would be named a number after you are named a number once your number gets called you have to run to the ball and hit it with your hand to your enemies goal. My team won ten to six it was a amazing game because we could play a real sport in a different way. After that we played a game named GKQ in the game we had to get into a circle and our teacher will say questions who ever gets it correct first moves in to vs someone else. Then we lined up and walked back.

Topic: Respect for our community

Today at Kiwi can we learned how to show respect for our community. They told us that we should show respect to emergency service,Family,Shop keepers. If your wondering what emergency service means its basically the people that stop stuff. Then we got into our game the game was called remote in the game you had to listen to instructions its when your teacher says to do stuff but if you do the wrong one and do ones that are not apart of it then your out from the game the instructions are when our teacher says fast forward then you have to run forward fast if your teacher says to go back then you have to walk back if your teacher says pause you had to jump then stop. After that we learned more about respect for our community then once we finish doing that we played our last game and it was called invisible touch in the game your teacher would spread you out into two groups and once your teacher says a number then a random group had to vs each other

This week for Kiwi can our topic was respect for the community. Before we got to kiwi can we walked from our class to room seven then once we got there we had to make four lines each of them had to be even lines. Then we were told that we had a new topic and it was respect for our community. After that we played a game the game name was called " Catch me if you can" in the game we had to get into a circle we had to but our left hand flat and then the person on your left hand will put his finger in the middle of your left hand then the person on your right will put his hand flat and you had to put your finger in the middle then once our teacher said go we had to try and escape and catch someone finger I lost on the second round. Then we sat back into our four lines and talked about Respect to our community after that we played another game an it was called ten second tag in the game if your name was called then you are the tagger if you are the tagger for ten seconds then your out of the game. The game was fun because it included fitness and thinking about where your going. Then we had to pack up and go back to class.

This week for kiwi can we were learning how to show respect. So we first started by lining up in two lines and walking to room seven which was were Kiwi can is set up at then we got into four teams I was in team four. Then we Played our activities and it was called sensitive Race in the game we had to stand in a circle and when your number gets called you have to run in a circle back to your spot and get the ball in the middle before anyone. This task was kinda hard for me cause I didn't really have that much speed well it was very fun though. Then we got back into our four lines then we had to talk our rules. We talked about not having to wear uniforms I think its better to wear uniform because you can introduce your school. Then we played our last game and the name of it was master in the game we get a paper and a pen an once our teacher says a letter then we had to name stuff that starts with that letter. Then we got to doing our points after that we went back to class.

Topic:For Our school

This week for kiwi can we started off by lining up and walking to the kiwi can room then as we got there we got into four lines we started to talk about what we did in the school holidays I was staying home and just creating random stuff and also watching entertaining stuff. After we were talking about our school holiday we got into learning about our Theme and topic our theme was respect and our topic was for our school. After that we got into out game and the game name was rules vs no rules we first played tag with no rules then we played tag with rules so after we played the no rules game they asked us how where you feeling in the game I said it felt like Chaos then we played tag with rules and in the tag with rules we had to hit each other with a swimming pool needle then we started to get back into our four lines and talked about our theme and topic again. After that we started to play another game and it was a acting game in the game we get into four groups and we had to act something out and present it in front of the groups. Then we got into a circle and played a game of GKQ in the game you have to go pass others and you have to challenge them with questions. Then kiwi can ended and we came back to class and wrote a blog post about Kiwi can there was also a new teacher at kiwi can named page.

Kiwi Can

This week for Kiwi Can we first started off by remembering what the themes and topics we did in the past weeks. So after that we got straight into our game and in the game there would be a tagger and the tagger has to tag someone once he tags someone he has to hold hand with them and if they get separated then they can't tag any one. It was very hard because the group sometimes will come and choose you to get tag and use you as a target. After that we talked about what we did in the game the teachers told us that the girls were doing better then the boys. After that we played our last game and in the game there would be two teams and we had to get into one. after that the teachers would say a number and the people who was that number had to run and try and get to the other side with the rugby ball and without getting taged.

LI: To Learn more about resilience and problem solving. 

This week for kiwi can we first started by siting in a circle. As soon as we were ready we did our kiwi can handshake. Then we talked about Problem solving and resilience. After that we played a game named hoop do hoop in the game there would be hoops and we had to jump in them and try and get to the other side by playing rock paper shoot my squad won with three points. Then we talked about getting help and showing confidence. After that we played our last game and that was mat doge ball in the game we had to get into teams when your number is called then you have to go into the middle of the circle and try and not get hit by the ball if you get hit then you have to try and hit your teammates with your ball the winner will vs other winners in other teams. After that we played GKQ if you didn't know about it in the game you have to answer questions from the teachers after that we got into our points we earned 25 out of 25.

LI: To Know how to solve your problems and show resilience. 

This week for kiwi can we had a new topic and that was problem solving. Problem solving is when your doing something you always have a problem with but a few seconds later you solve it.  So we first started by getting welcome respectable by our Kiwi can teachers then we had to sit in the matt in a circle with or eyes facing the kiwi can teachers and we also had to cross or legs and arms. After we talked about our new topic we got to play a game. In the game that we played we had to get into squads and then tangle or arms up and we had to try and make a proper circle it was fun but we cam last at least we tried. Then we sat on the mat and started talking about resilience. After our conversation we played another game that named matt doge ball in the game or teachers will give us a number and when ever they say that number we have to get into the middle and the people that siting has to try and hit us with the ball by Rowling it. Then we played our last game which was QKQ in the game or kiwi can teachers will ask us questions and we had to try and get them right the questions was hard and easy at the same time we were this respectful but we hope we show my respect next week.

LI: To learn how to show respect.
This week for kiwi can we learn a lot of stuff. We first started by lining up outside of our class room then walking to the kiwi can room. We had to line up outside of the kiwi can room so the teachers can come and greet us. Then when we got inside we had to get into four lines silently. So when we got into our line we did the kiwi can handshake then started our learning they first started by asking us what was the theme and what is the topic. It was resilience and goal setting. So after that we got to play our warm up game. The game is called snatch in the game at the beginning you will be handed a rope to hold with others then you put it on the floor and then the teachers will put cones in the middle of the circle. So basically you have to try and snatch the cones from the floor before others but the rules were no diving. Then we started talking about goal setting. If you didn't know what goal setting is its something you wanna be our do in the future. After our conversation we played our activity named  octopus but in a different way so there would be one person in the middle and they have to try and hit us with the object but if you get touched buy it then you will be in and have to stand still in own spot and tag people without moving your legs. Then we played GKQ in the game our teacher will basically tell us something and we had to answer that question.

This week for kiwi can we first started getting welcomed into kiwi can then we had to get into four lines. We first started by playing a game named snatch in the you will get a tag and you had to put the tag in your pocket tightly then you have to spread out far away from people because if your standing near one you can ether snatch there tag or they snatch yours in the first game I stayed in one corner and made the people do all the work so I can be the last man standing but I thought it was only me vs one girl but one other girl should up and snatch my tag so I was out. In the second round I did the same Strategy and got into a draw I mange to get one person out but it was only me vs one girl but i tried to take the tag but time was up. Then we sat on the mat and talked about what our goal was and how would you achieve it then we played our activity in the activity we had to get into partners boys and girls in the game we get a soccer ball and we had to try and beat the other team buy putting the ball on the body part our teachers tell us to put it on and have a race but my team lost but at least we tried our best. Then we had to get back to class and write our blog post our points for kiwi can was twenty four out of twenty five.

This week was the first week of kiwi can in term three. We first started by telling our kiwi can teachers what we did in the holidays I went to a place in new Zealand that I don't know how to spell. Then after that we did our energiser the game we did for our energiser was called order up in the game we had to listen to what the teachers say and get in that order but the rule was to be quite then we talked about our goals some people in my class had a goal to be a fortnite dance master and our teachers let them do a fortnite dance. My goal was to become and comedian which I wanted to be when I was a kid I hope it becomes true. So after that we did our activity the activity was called up and down. In the game we first had to get into teams I was in team one. Then after we had to get into teams we had to set up goals but it has to be a number above one hundred and less then One thousand my teams number was five hundred and the other teams number was eight hundred so in the game we had to throw a hoop and land it inside the cone. Then after that we had to get back into a line and play GKQ in the game our teachers will tell us questions and we had to answer them but we had to make a buzzer sound. It was very fun and thanks to kiwi can for teaching us to not bully and be mean.

This week for kiwi can we started off by leaning up in five lines. Then we played a game in this game there are two people the have a noddle and the have to hit the class with it when our teachers say shark attack. Then we sat on the mat and listen to what our teacher said. Then we played our activity in this activity there would be two teams one is the girls team and one is the boys team when our teachers call out a number the person that was that number has to go and hit the ball into the other teams goal. Then we played GKQ after that we got into points this week was group B's most successful week because we earn five out of five on everything that means our class was listening well.

This week for kiwi can we first started by playing a game. I forgot the game name so I just call it a unknown name. In this game we had to get into groups then our kiwi can teacher wrote on the board what each letter or number on the cards mean. So after we get into groups we had to pick a leader and the leader has to go to the teacher and grab a card after you grab a card you have to look at the card and the what ever it says we have to do. Then we played a other game in this game we had to get into partners and our kiwi can teacher would say a fruit but before we started she told us what the fruit action is and we had to do it with our partner.

This week for kiwi can our topic was role model. In Kiwi can we first got welcomed into the class by our kiwi can teachers then we talked about our theme which is integrity. After that we played a warm up game named cat and mouse in this game there would be a cat and mouse the cat has to chance after the mouse and the mouse had to run away from the cat the other people had to go into vertical lines and then the others had to hold hand and the cat and mouse had to go under there hands. Our kiwi can teacher tell us which way to face and we had to face the way he told us to face at. Then we sat on the mat and talked about our topic which is role models. Then we played a game named catwalk in this game we had to spreed into teams. It was boys vs girls I versed sione and we both had to act like mr bean first but we didn't agree with it so we chose a other role model and it was Micheal Jackson. As you can see in the photo I was wearing a hat and dancing on the catwalk.

This week for kiwi can we started off by playing bang. In this game there was a person in the middle and they have to say a name of a person so when they say a name of a person the person that got his named called out had to bend down and the two people beside the person had to shoot each other and see who wins. The next game we played had a unknown name. In the game our kiwi can teacher told us each fruit he says is a action but first he taught us what action we do for the fruit so when we play we had to do the actions. Then we played our last game and it was GKQ in this game a person had to walk around the circle and answer the questions the teachers tell you if the person your versing wins you have to sit at the place there at. Then we did scores our total was twenty two.
